AM/DM RLTY South

As an AM/DM at RLTY_South, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Take care of business development, expansion, and property acquisition for Showroom and Service workshops. - Handle Govt Approvals like CLU/ Building Plan Sanctions and related NOCs such as CTE/ CTO/Project reports and Fire NOCs. - Monitor the development of sites during Construction and interiors/ Fit outs stages. - Follow strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Process with strong ethical behavior. - Support in the development and implementation of process strengthening / control measures (SOPs/Process) to ensure smooth operations. - Conduct Valuation of properties through various IPC and generate insights for business decisions. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors/Masters degree from AICTE/UGC Approved colleges only. - Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate Transaction & Govt Approvals. - In-depth understanding of land revenue matters & development control rules. - Experience in Construction & Estate management is preferred. - Preferably from IPC, Big Broking House, Reputed Builder, or Big Corporate. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, it is essential to maintain strong relationships with Brokers / IPC / Land-owners, adhere to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects, and have MIS & Reporting experience.,
