AM/DM RLTY South

As an AM/DM at RLTY_South, your role involves taking care of business development, expansion, and property acquisition for Showroom and Service workshops. Your key responsibilities include: - Govt Approvals like CLU/ Building Plan Sanctions and related NOCs like CTE/ CTO/Project reports and Fire NOCs. - Monitoring development of sites during Construction and interiors/ Fit outs stages. - Strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Process with strong ethical behaviour. - Development/support in process strengthening/control measures (SOPs/Process) and ensuring their implementation. - Conduct Valuation of properties through various IPC and generate insights for business decisions. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree from AICTE/UGC Approved colleges only. - Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate Transaction & Govt Approvals. - In-depth understanding of land revenue matters & development control rules. - Construction & Estate management experience is preferred. - Preferably from IPC, Big broking House, Reputed Builder, Big Corporate. As an AM/DM at RLTY_South, you will need to have well-documented skills for auditing and reporting purposes in accordance with statutory requirements and compliances and internal SOPs. You should also possess vendor handling and negotiation skills, internal coordination abilities with various teams, and an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry. Maintaining strong relationships with Brokers/IPC/Land-owners and adhering to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects will be crucial. Additionally, MIS & Reporting experience will be beneficial for this role.,
