As a member of the team, your role will involve handling assembly line feedback and warranty issues related to switches, harness, and instrument panel. You will be responsible for attending customer complaints and performing physical inspections on actual vehicles to identify assembly line problems and market issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying the root cause of electrical system issues and suggesting potential countermeasures. - Creating use cases and process flows to validate the root cause of typical cases. - Coordinating with multiple product owners and process partners to ensure quicker analysis and implementation of quality improvements based on market feedback. - Applying FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) approach to solve complex electrical issues, benchmarking, and conducting process walks at vendor and assembly shop to propose process improvements.
