AM/DM - Market survey and defect simulation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the overall automotive system and conducting root-cause analysis of components/system failures by conducting market surveys and identifying any gaps between market conditions and existing part level/vehicle level testing. Key Responsibilities: - Upgrade/match the supplier bench in accordance with actual market input conditions. - Upgrade the vehicle test conditions/test standards based on the identified market conditions. Qualification Required: - B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics - 3-6 years of experience in: - Root cause analysis & conducting simulation of market failures of vehicle systems. - Field data collection and creation of testing standards as per customer usage conditions. - Overall understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems. - Understanding of vehicle & component level testing standards. - Knowledge of component level designs, drawings, and standards. - Data analysis & interpretation skills. Additional Details: You should possess hands-on experience in conducting market surveys and performing simulation trials and root-cause analysis. Knowledge of vehicle electronics is optional but beneficial. Your excellent coordination skills will be essential to work effectively with diverse internal and external project stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills will be key to succeeding in this role.,
