Develop and manage comprehensive training calendars to ensure timely onboarding and skill development.
Responsible for creating clear, engaging, and business-aligned content for training, communication and internal initiatives
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including securing trainers/SMEs and managing logistics for instructor-led programs.
Ensure new employees complete training within the stipulated time frame, monitoring progress and providing necessary support.
Handle all pre- and post-training activities, including material preparation, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.
Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements for enhanced employee performance and engagement.
