AMC & Battery Sales Executive

· Contract Management:

• Develop, negotiate, and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts with clients.
• Ensure that contract terms are adhered to and that all parties are fulfilling their obligations.
• Review and update contract terms as necessary to reflect changes in scope or client requirements.

· Client Liaison:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding AMC-related issues.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review contract performance and gather feedback.

· Service Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to schedule and execute maintenance services.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Track and manage service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

· Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and report on the performance of AMC services, including service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and address any performance issues or areas for improvement.
• · Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all AMC agreements, service reports, and client communications.

· Contract Renewal and Expansion:

• Manage contract renewal processes and negotiate terms for contract extensions or expansions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or enhancing existing contracts.

· Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards.

• Prepare regular reports on AMC performance, contract status, and financial metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
