Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Lifestyle Ambassador- Front Office. The Lifestyle Ambassador will be responsible for managing front office operations, greeting and assisting residents and visitors, coordinating activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Other daily tasks include handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all community members.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and ability to assist residents and visitors effectively
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in front office management and coordination of activities
• Proficient in using computer systems and maintaining records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a community living setting is a plus
