Lifestyle Ambassador - Food & Beverage

As a Lifestyle Ambassador at Priya Living, you will be responsible for curating and enhancing the lifestyle experience of our community members. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with residents, anticipating their needs, and ensuring they enjoy an enriched living experience through creative programming and community engagement. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will promote our values, mission, and lifestyle offerings, collaborating closely with various departments to deliver a top-tier living experience for all Priya Living residents. Your key responsibilities will include performing opening/closing side duties, setting tables according to standards, delivering food and beverage services in line with departmental procedures, ensuring cleanliness and table preparation, warmly greeting patrons, serving food and beverage promptly and according to service standards, up-selling and promoting offers, remembering individual patron preferences, thanking patrons upon departure, clearing and tidying tables efficiently, maintaining knowledge of all F&B services and preparation methods, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, reporting any issues to management, assisting other outlets during peak times, attending briefings and trainings, and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, community engagement, hospitality, or lifestyle management. Experience in an office-based role with a focus on community management or experiential living is a plus. Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, the capacity to anticipate and address resident needs, creative thinking for developing community events and programs, empathy, approachability, and a solution-oriented mindset, proactive nature with attention to detail, comfort with multitasking in a dynamic environment.,
