As a Lifestyle Ambassador (Front Office Associate) at Priya Living, you will play a vital role as the welcoming face of our vibrant community. Your passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will make you an integral part of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing top-notch Guest & Resident Services by warmly greeting and assisting residents, guests, and visitors. You will oversee Front Desk Operations, which involves managing calls, handling mail & packages, facilitating check-ins & check-outs, and coordinating reservations. Additionally, you will contribute to Community Engagement by assisting in planning and organizing events to foster an engaging community atmosphere. Your role will also entail providing Administrative Support by maintaining records, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with maintenance & housekeeping teams. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in guest services, hospitality, or property management. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. The ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and front desk software is required, and experience with Cloudbeds software is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is also a key requirement for this role.
