Role Overviews


1. Amazon Connect Engineer

Responsibilities:

·       Build and customize Amazon Connect contact flows

·       Integrate with CRMs, AWS Lambda (Node.js/Python), Lex bots, and third-party APIs

·       Configure ACD routing, IVRs, call recordings, and analytics

·       Troubleshoot and optimize real-time routing logic and voice workflows

Minimum Qualifications:

·       2–3 years of experience working on Amazon Connect projects

·       Strong understanding of AWS services (Lambda, S3, IAM, API Gateway)

·       Familiarity with SIP, IVR design, and telephony concepts

·       Hands-on experience with Node.js or Python scripting for backend logic

·       Experience in customer experience or contact center domain is preferred



2. Bedrock GenAI Engineer

Responsibilities:

·       Design and deploy LLM-powered tools using AWS Bedrock (e.g., Claude, Titan)

·       Build intelligent assistants, chatbots, and agent-assist features for CX workflows

·       Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

·       Work with vector databases (e.g., OpenSearch), LangChain, and apply prompt engineering techniques

Minimum Qualifications:

·       2–3 years of experience in AI/ML, with strong exposure to Generative AI and LLMs

·       Experience with AWS Bedrock, Python, and frameworks like LangChain

·       Understanding of RAG, prompt tuning, and vector databases

·       Interest or experience in CX, agent automation, or IVR personalization is a plus



3. AWS Engineer (Node.js & Python)

Responsibilities:

·       Design and develop scalable backend services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions

·       Write efficient, cloud-native code in Node.js and Python

·       Build integrations between AWS services and external APIs or CRM systems

·       Support the development of CX platforms and custom tools for contact center environments

Minimum Qualifications:

·       2–3 years of backend development using Node.js and Python

·       Experience working with AWS serverless architecture

·       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API integrations, and cloud security best practices

·       Bonus: Experience working with contact centers, CRMs, or automation tools
