Job Description

EXP : 3+ Years
Loc : Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai
Shift : 8-9hr per day (rotational shift)

Hands on experience in - AWS services, Typescript, Amazon Connect

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering
3+ years of professional experience
Experience in AWS services
Good to have experience in contact center or Amazon Connect
Should have experience in managing support activities: incident management, problem management and Service requests
Good to have ITIL certification
Good to have experience as a mentor, and leading team
Good to have 1+ years of programming at least one software programming languages

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to take raw product requirements and develop software architectures and designs to bring them to life
Analytical troubleshooting abilities, and a track record of delivery
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience in driving systemic operational improvements
Experience mentoring junior engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, and productive engineers.
Experience in application maintenance best practices

Experience in communicating with stakeholders, business, users, other technical teams
