Job Title: Amazon Brand Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Brand Manager to manage and scale our brands on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for account health, listing optimization, advertising strategy, and overall brand growth while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor Amazon account health, proactively identify issues, and resolve policy violations, suppression, or performance-related warnings to maintain a strong account standing.

  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions, including keyword research, title and bullet optimization, A+ Content, and backend search terms using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Amazon brands, including product launches, expansion planning, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display to maximize ROI and sales performance.

  • Manage and continuously enhance the Amazon Brand Store, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines, promotions, and seasonal strategies.

  • Analyze performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, TACoS, and ROI, and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including content, design, operations, supply chain, and customer support to ensure timely execution and alignment.

  • Stay up to date with Amazon policy changes, algorithm updates, and marketplace trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven experience managing and scaling brands on Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central).

  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics platforms.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple brands or projects in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience launching new products on Amazon.

  • Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces.


Familiarity with inventory planning and forecasting tools.
