AM Wealth Academy Team Lead

As an AM Wealth Academy Team Lead at HSBC, you will be an integral part of the Global Internal Wholesales team, supporting the Sales and Distribution team in designing, organizing, and managing the insurance training curriculum for HSBC AM. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing creative and engaging strategies for delivering investment content, including exploring new channels and formats such as social media and influencer communities. Ensuring timely delivery of training modules for the AM Wealth academy curriculum. - Driving the vision and strategy of the AM Academy, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team. Providing strong leadership and direction to align with organizational goals. - Overseeing the performance and development of Academy Managers, offering mentorship and coaching to enhance their skills. Creating an environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professional growth. - Designing and developing tailored Wealth and Investment learning content that aligns with training requirements and commercial priorities. Encouraging the use of multimedia and innovative approaches for enhanced learning experiences. - Ensuring effective implementation of training sessions and workshops that meet the needs of clients and customers. - Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives. Building strong relationships to ensure support and engagement in the Academy's initiatives. - Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics. Providing advice on customer or internal stakeholder learning and development events. Qualifications required for this role include: - Post Graduation / MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute; investment certifications preferred. - 8+ years in Asset Management and Capital Markets industry, with at least 5 years in Sales Management, coaching, and distribution support. - Experience in a global, matrix organization supporting commercial activities for Distributors/Platform/Institutional clients. - Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic environments, and investment products. - Proven leadership abilities, analytical skills, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Experience in stakeholder management, training delivery, and adapting delivery style to different audiences. - Relevant investment qualifications such as CFA, CIPM, or ESG certification.
