Job Description:

• End-to-end recruitment for lateral & volume hiring.
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals & headhunting.
• Screen, interview & coordinate selection process.
• Ensure timely closures with quality talent.
• Manage recruitment MIS, dashboards & reports.
• Drive employer branding & campus hiring initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR/Business Administration preferred)
