Key Skills: Market intelligence, Power Point, Asset Management, Asset Classes, Content Writing, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Market Research, Investment Banking, Capital Market Roles & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will form part of the AM Global Internal Wholesales team, supporting the Sales and Distribution team on all aspects of designing, organizing and managing the insurance training curriculum and content for AM providing to the wider IWPB team. The role holder will be responsible for content creation and train the trainer providing the market (local) AM Sales team with the content and tools required to deliver best-in-class Investment learning programme. Analyse: Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and gaps within the markets we support, prioritising and scaling up as required. Design and Develop: Create tailored Wealth and Investment learning content that aligns with IWPB training requirements and AM commercial priorities. Your innovative approach will include developing multimedia learning materials, visuals, videos, role plays, case studies, and practical examples to enhance engagement and impact. Deliver: Implement engaging training sessions and workshops that effectively meet the needs of our clients and customers. Communicating in a clear and succinct manner through the training delivery to ensure the training will land and meet performance expectations (through feedback and training observations). Train the Trainer: Provide the Local AM Sales team with relevant knowledge and content, upskilling sessions so they can deliver F2F training sessions in markets. Provide ongoing support and expertise to colleagues within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), fostering their professional development. Evaluate: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary. Analysis to help understand what works and what doesn't, including leveraging AI/tools to support analysis/data. Provide advice on the content of customer or internal stakeholder learning and development events. Conduct market assessments of other training, coaching and other learning events across competitors. Market Research: Stay updated with external market trends and insights, particularly regarding various asset classes, investment strategies, and economic indicators. This knowledge will be essential in shaping the curriculum and ensuring relevance to current market conditions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer-centric performance and drive beneficial change within the organization. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives and market needs. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their support and engagement in the Academy's initiatives. Work with Learning and Development to collaborate where required, for the delivery of agreed Investment learning content to relevant frontline sales channels. Support with campaign/product training requirements to bring commercial outcomes into training content. Accredit and enhance AM growth for all channels on business training, case sharing, and system highlight through professional training events. Experience Requirments: 8+ years in the Asset Management and Capital Markets industry, with at least 5 years in Sales Management, coaching, and distribution support. You've had experience in Coaching / training delivery and ability to adapt delivery style to capture and inspire different audiences. Experience working in a global, matrix organisation, substantial front line business development and distribution experience preferred. Knowledge Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic environments, and investment products, including their roles in Asset and Wealth Management. Keen interest and passion in keeping up with the world of economics/investments/finances. Skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint proficiency. Being skilled in the latest learning technology and media by being up to date in the latest training methodology and market practices. Always creating and iterating / innovating -- excited to find new content inspiration, topics and styles that can reach and make an impact on audience in different styles. You're able to effectively use analytics / MI to identify issues and enhance outcomes. You've got excellent project management skills to coordinate and work across multiple initiatives and prioritise accordingly. You're able to thrive in an ambitious, sometimes ambiguous environment -- high degree of autonomy, comfortable with change / taking ownership to drive initiatives / innovate. Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with C-suite and Executive level leadership teams. Customer driven with demonstrated commitment to improving customer experience and delivering excellent customer outcomes. Planning and organisational skills in order to manage the unexpected as well as anticipated issues or events, so that success can still be achieved. Additional Skills: Relevant investment qualifications such as CFA, CIPM, or ESG certification. Copywriting / editing skills including making videos, interactive media training content etc. will be a massive advantage (e.g. record / make a video, exciting newsletter and effective storytelling techniques etc.) Understanding of learning principles and best practices in training and development. Experience in designing and delivering training programs across various formats (in-person, online). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Qualifications: Any Graduation or Post Graduation in BFSI, Finance, Accounting.
