Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 14 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Process in the Agrochemical Industry, located in Saykha, Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of agrochemicals and their applications in crop management.
Experience in managing production processes and implementing quality control measures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance.
