We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/AM/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Onboard Commercial & Industrial Clients, develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
Manage end to End B2B Solar Sales cycle
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

Requirements:

bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Solar Business
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
