AM - Logistics & Customer Service

As a Customer Service Officer in the Replenishment function, your primary role is to deliver on data analysis requirements for the Replenishment team and drive warehousing excellence activities from the center. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Warehouse Operations and Customer Service - Monitor and manage daily Management Information System (MIS) on CRS, PDP, and CFR/LFR compliance - Monitor overheads at warehouses and detentions, as well as warehouse and secondary utilization on a daily basis - Monitor Depot Operational efficiencies including high throughput, fastest truck turnaround time, and labor efficiencies - Monitor obsolescence at Depots and prompt stakeholders to take necessary actions to avoid finished goods write-off - Execute Depot Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement controls to ensure statutory compliance - Ensure timely warehouse audits, pest controls, etc. - Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety across warehouses - Drive and monitor best practices across warehouses - Monitor CAPEX, central procurements for warehousing **Qualification Required:** - Graduation/Post Graduation in Management - 3-5 years of experience in Logistics Management & Customer Service The company's stakeholders include internal teams such as Demand Planning, Regional Customer Service & Logistics Manager, Planning Team, Transportation Team, Legal Team, Purchase & IT Team, Sales Team, and external stakeholders like C&F, Transporters, and Vendors.
