Job Description

1. Handling mangaging new exisiting shades. 2. Workability trials for new colors. 3. Development of new materials - PT-ED chemicals, Sealer, PVC, SGC Hot wax materials. 4. Equipment operation trouble shooting. 5. Upgrading equipment of existing paint shops incorporating latest technology ,energy efficient solutions. 6. Lab Equipment performance analysis planning for upgradation/renewal. 7. Knowledge of paints, its application technology, issues countermeasures. 8. Painting robots, Online/Offline robot teaching for body Bumper, robot teaching issues countermeasures. 9. Desgining of low viscosus high viscous material circualtion system.
