AM / DM - Paint Engineering

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for handling and managing new and existing shades. You will also be conducting workability trials for new colors. Your role will involve developing new materials such as PT-ED chemicals, Sealer, PVC, SGC, and Hot wax materials. Additionally, you will be in charge of equipment operation and troubleshooting. Your tasks will include upgrading equipment in existing paint shops by incorporating the latest technology and energy-efficient solutions. Your responsibilities in this role will include analyzing the performance of lab equipment and planning for their upgradation or renewal. It is essential for you to have knowledge of paints, their application technology, and the ability to address issues and implement countermeasures. You should also be familiar with painting robots, as well as online/offline robot teaching for body and bumper, robot, and teaching issues and their solutions. Furthermore, you will be involved in designing low viscous and high viscous material circulation systems.
