AM | DM - Architectural

1. Design Development

• Prepare and review concept designs, schematics, GFC drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Ensure design alignment with project vision, local bye-laws, and development control regulations (DCR).
• Validate feasibility of architectural layouts, unit plans, parking schemes, and master plans.

2. Technical Expertise

• Check structural, MEPF, and landscape coordination drawings for design consistency.
• Provide solutions for site-related technical issues and design deviations.
• Review BOQs, material specifications, and construction details.

3. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with external architects, consultants, PMC, and site teams.
• Conduct regular design review meetings and ensure timely submission of drawings.
• Monitor and control drawing approvals, revisions, and documentation.

4. Quality & Delivery

• Maintain quality standards in drawings and ensure complete accuracy before release.
• Support site execution teams during construction and attend inspections when required.
• Ensure timelines are met without compromising design intent or quality.
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of

  high-rise residential design

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office

  ; additional knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
• Understanding of

  DCR, NBC, UDCPR, Fire norms, and local authority bylaws

  .
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

Qualification & Experience

• B.Arch / M.Arch

  from a recognized university.

• NOT Interior Design

• 7 to 12 years

  of experience in architectural design (preferably in real estate developers or reputed architectural firms).
• Experience in

  high-rise residential projects

  is mandatory.
