Job Description

Job Purpose:

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of SMART Classrooms, Live studios, Digital Labs setup, End users compute environment management
Manage & Maintains enterprise Assets
Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters
Provide technical support and incident management services desk functions
Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites (Windows, Linux, Ubuntu and Mac OS) to enable digital SMART Classes
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems, Wi-Fi, printers
Performs maintenance and repair services (basic break fix for printers, desktops, laptops.)
Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of basic Windows/Mac OS/Ubuntu
Serve as site escalation contact and team lead for current technicians

Requirements

3- 5 years of experience in End user computing, SMART Classrooms, AD, DNS, DHCP, IT management tools, latest operating systems, Windows
Ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community
Strong troubleshooting skills
Understanding of the fundamentals of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment
Knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC systems

Qualification:

BE/Btech/or equivalent from reputed college

Preferences

Wintel & Unix Operating Systems & tools
MCP, MCSE, CNE or Network+ certification
Knowledge of a variety of Service Industry ticketing/work order generating and tracking systems
v2/v3, etc.)
Asset Management experience
Travel friendly
Desired-Digital Classroom Setup Experience
