Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an AM Content|International|06072025. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
Provide technical and non-technical customer support via phone, online chat, or text.
Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
Analyze and resolve customer issues typically performed in an office environment.
Supervise work of less experienced professionals, providing professional expertise and taking responsibility for the end-product.
Deliver high-quality results according to set principles and standards.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with call center-based customer support and customer issue analysis.
Familiarity with teleperformance software and systems.
