Role Overview: You are the Alliance Specialist at Finnovate, responsible for building and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the Medical and Corporate sectors. Your role involves organizing webinars, events, and meetings to help clients reach their financial goals and promote financial wellness. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in facilitating financial fitness sessions and collaborating with various associations to drive awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a database of HNI clients for outreach and lead generation. - Organize Financial Fitness Sessions with FinFit experts to educate clients on financial planning. - Schedule One-on-One Meetings with doctors and other professionals for in-depth FinFit discussions. - Partner with associations for webinars, events, and collaborations to promote financial wellness. - Collaborate with top hospitals and commercial associations to enhance financial awareness. - Host webinars and events to educate clients on financial planning. - Attend and organize focused events to spread financial awareness effectively. Qualification & Skills: - No prior financial knowledge required; willingness to learn and grow skill sets. - Stellar communication and people skills. - Energetic and confident in meeting new professionals. - Self-driven and able to work independently. - Willingness to travel for meetings and events. - Quick learner with a positive attitude. - Organized and proficient in managing multiple tasks effectively.
