We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Alliance Executive to join our resort team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and driving business growth within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the resort industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote partnership initiatives.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
