Job Summary:
The All-Rounder Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of cuisines including Indian, Chinese, and Continental. The chef ensures food quality, presentation, and safety while supporting various kitchen sections based on requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare multi-cuisine dishes as per the hotel’s menu.
  • Support kitchen stations during busy periods.
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Monitor food inventory and coordinate with procurement.
  • Assist in creating new dishes and menu planning.
  • Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a multi-cuisine chef.
  • Expertise in Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Good communication and team coordination.
  • Flexibility in handling various cooking stations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
