Alert Review Team Leader (AML and PA)

As a Financial Crime Alert Review Analyst at Tide, you will play a crucial role in detecting and preventing financial crime activities to ensure the safety and security of our members. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect in this role: Role Overview: - Managing a team of analysts and ensuring they meet agreed standards, KPIs, and company values. - Conducting regular feedback sessions with analysts to track progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide coaching. - Driving potential efficiencies in tools and processes used for transaction analysis. - Establishing good relationships with various departments to ensure operational synergy. - Taking responsibility to ensure Tide members" needs are met and treated fairly. - Leading assessment and improvement of procedures to prevent financial crime.
