Description

We are seeking an experienced Airline Domain Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the airline industry, with extensive experience in business analysis, to help drive our strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for airline operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to improve airline services and customer experience.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the airline domain.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
