About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Associate / Sr. Associate professionals to join the contact centre team of a reputed airline. The role entails managing customer interactions through voice and email channels, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of inquiries and complaints. Candidates with prior experience in airline or travel industry customer service will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer queries and requests
  • Provide clear and correct information regarding products and services
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights with the management team


Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in GDS –

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in voice/email customer support within the travel/airline domain
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel or airline customer service operations
