Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist with implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Daily responsibilities include documenting processes, assisting in recruitment efforts, organizing employee records, and helping in the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Employee Benefits
• Understanding of HR Policies and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in using HR software or systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or current enrollment in such a program)
• Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality
