Job Description:

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Air Ticket Executive who will handle domestic and international flight bookings, fare searches, PNR management, cancellations, reissues, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GDS systems and airline policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticketing & Reservations

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre).
• Create, modify, and cancel PNRs, issue tickets, re-issue, and revalidate tickets.
• Provide customers with cheapest fare options, routing, layover guidance, and alternatives.

2. Customer Support

• Attend inbound & outbound calls for flight bookings and travel queries.
• Communicate flight schedules, baggage details, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and airline rules.
• Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure quick problem resolution.

3. Fare Search & Refunds

• Check fare rules, penalties, cancellation charges, and refund amounts.
• Process refunds, EMDs, waiver requests, and coordinate with airline support teams.
• Monitor price fluctuations and advise clients accordingly.

4. Coordination & Operations

• Coordinate with airlines, aggregators, and travel partners.
• Ensure all bookings are updated in CRM/Excel or company software.
• Prepare daily booking reports, sales reports, and follow-up lists.

5. Additional Responsibilities

• Upsell travel insurance, ancillary services, meal selection, and seat selection.
• Manage urgent flight changes or cancellations professionally.
• Maintain accuracy in ticketing and avoid ADM/penalties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in air ticketing (domestic & international).
• Good working knowledge of Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre (any one mandatory).
• Strong understanding of fare rules, refund policies, and airline regulations.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email handling).
