Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Air Ticket Executive who will handle domestic and international ticketing operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre), fare calculations, issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings.
• Work on GDS systems such as Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre for ticket issuance and reissuance.
• Manage cancellations, refunds, date changes, and fare recalculations.
• Provide best fare options and routing solutions to customers.
• Coordinate with airlines for special requests, PNR issues, or schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate ticketing records and daily MIS reports.
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure error-free ticketing and adhere to company policies.
• Keep updated with airline promotions, policies, and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Air Ticketing Executive.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
• Good understanding of fare rules, currency conversions, and airline regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings at a time.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
