You will be responsible for identifying maintenance risks on equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems, and cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Additionally, you will perform warranty services and handle emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Your job will also include providing technical direction and on-the-job training, keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions, and ensuring compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
