Job Description for AIOps Lead/Technical ArchitectExperienced AI/ML Technology Architect to lead the design and development of AIOps for our enterprise platform
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, architecture design, and enterprise scale system implementation
This role involves identifying opportunities within the AIOps space, driving innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Strong technical and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to deliver results in agile environments
Mandate Skill- AIOPs, GenAI+Python+ITSM+IT Process AutomationExperiecne-8+ YrsLocation- Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Noida / MumbaiRequired SkillsProficient in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including LLMs and Agentic AI architectures
Extensive hands-on experience with Python frameworks and Python ML libraries such as TensorFlow etc
Familiarity with GCP and Microsoft Azure platforms
Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance
Exposure to AnsibleExposure to Unix and Windows environments
Exposure to have worked in SAP environments
Proficient in RPA tools like UiPath
Proficient in different Service desk tools and ITSM processesExposure to data visualization tools like Tableau and practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solution
