AI/ML/Data Scientist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML/Data Scientist located in Bengaluru. The AI/ML/Data Scientist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, data visualization, and data science projects. You will also be tasked with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets for model training and evaluation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions is a key aspect of this role.

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML/Data Scientist with 4+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Data Science. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, apply advanced data-driven techniques, and contribute to building scalable, intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems.

• Design, develop, and optimize NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and conversational AI.
• Apply machine learning and deep learning algorithms to large datasets for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Build, train, and deploy scalable ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model performance evaluation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and generative AI techniques.
• Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment and data pipelines.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/Data Science roles.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML/Data Science .
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
