AI/ML Practice Leader

Job Overview: We are seeking an AI/ML Practice Leader to establish, grow, and lead our AI/ML practice. This leadership role requires an industry veteran with 15+ years of experience in building software development, data engineering, and AI/ML practices, scaling high-performing teams, and delivering complex AI-powered solutions to global clients. The ideal candidate will drive strategic direction, innovation, and execution in AI/ML initiatives, ensuring GrowthArc stays ahead in the AI-driven digital landscape. Practice Leadership Strategy , Solution Development Delivery Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the AI/ML practice, aligning with GrowthArc s business objectives. Build, scale, and mentor a world-class AI/ML engineering and data science team. Establish best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to drive excellence in AI/ML solution development. Drive partnerships with technology vendors, research organizations, and academic institutions to stay ahead of AI trends. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered solutions across industries. Oversee end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle from conceptualization to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into software applications and enterprise solutions. Ensure adherence to AI ethics, governance, and compliance standards. Required Qualifications Experience 15+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, and AI/ML practices. Proven expertise in scaling AI/ML teams, leading innovation, and delivering AI-driven solutions. Strong technical background in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and data science. Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face, AWS/GCP/Azure ML services. Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and model deployment at scale. Deep understanding of AI governance, fairness, ethics, and regulatory considerations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with global customers, delivering AI-driven transformation programs. Customer Engagement Business Growth Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and drive customer adoption. Engage with clients to understand business challenges, propose AI-driven solutions, and ensure successful implementations. Represent GrowthArc at industry conferences, events, and thought leadership forums. Drive revenue growth by developing AI/ML service offerings and go-to-market strategies. Preferred Qualifications Master s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. Prior experience leading AI/ML practice in a consulting, technology, or startup environment. Exposure to cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise AI applications. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
