AI/ML Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience : 5-7 years of professional experience in an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with a proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions to production.
• Strong Python Proficiency : A non-negotiable requirement. Must be comfortable with object-oriented programming, data structures, and common Python libraries.
• LLM Fundamentals : Foundational knowledge of how Large Language Models work, including concepts like prompt engineering and API usage.
• API Integration : Proven experience with FastAPI for building robust and fast APIs.
• Agent Building : Hands-on experience or a strong understanding of the components of an AI agent, including a planner, tool-use, and memory.
• Deployment Experience : Familiarity with Docker for containerization and a basic understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Full-Stack Knowledge : Experience with full-stack development, with React and Python being a significant advantage.
• Problem-Solving : A proactive and creative approach to debugging and solving complex technical challenges.
• Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment
