Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and train machine learning models (e.g. clustering, NLP).

·       Basic understanding of AI Algorithm and underling models(RAG/CAG).

·       Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and model deployment.

·       Implement and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop AI-driven solutions.

·       Monitor model performance and ensure continuous learning and improvement.

·       Deploy ML models using Docker, CI/CD, cloud services like AWS/Azure/GCP

·       Stay updated with the latest AI research and apply best practices to business use cases.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

·       Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries (pandas, NumPy, etc.).

·       Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems is a plus.

·       Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and handling bias/fairness in ML models.

·       Good understanding of REST APIs and cloud-based AI solutions.

·       Experience with Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LLM fine-tuning).

·       Experience on any, Azure SQL, Databricks and Snowflake.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with vector databases, semantic search and Agentic frame work.

·       Experience using platforms like Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
