Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent systems. You will work closely with software developers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and train machine learning models (e.g. clustering, NLP). · Basic understanding of AI Algorithm and underling models(RAG/CAG). · Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and model deployment. · Implement and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop AI-driven solutions. · Monitor model performance and ensure continuous learning and improvement. · Deploy ML models using Docker, CI/CD, cloud services like AWS/Azure/GCP · Stay updated with the latest AI research and apply best practices to business use cases. Requirements: · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. · Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries (pandas, NumPy, etc.). · Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems is a plus. · Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and handling bias/fairness in ML models. · Good understanding of REST APIs and cloud-based AI solutions. · Experience with Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LLM fine-tuning). · Experience on any, Azure SQL, Databricks and Snowflake. Preferred Skills: · Experience with vector databases, semantic search and Agentic frame work. · Experience using platforms like Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
