Must-Have Skills:

7+ years
of proven experience in
AI/ML model development, deployment, and lifecycle management

Hands-on expertise with
TensorFlow
,
PyTorch
, and
scikit-learn
.
Strong programming skills in
Python
, including experience building
ML pipelines
.
Familiarity with
real-time data streaming tools
such as
Apache Kafka
.
Extensive experience in
productionizing
,
optimizing
, and
monitoring
ML models in live environments.
Proven ability to
collaborate with data engineering teams
for data preparation, validation, and consistency.

Good to Have:

Working knowledge of
MinIO
,
S3
, or other
object storage
systems.
Experience with
cloud-based AI/ML platforms
, especially
AWS SageMaker
or similar services on GCP or Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for business-critical applications.
Develop reusable ML components and pipelines to streamline experimentation and deployment.
Ensure high performance and low latency of models in production environments.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean, consistent, and production-ready data flows.
Monitor model performance over time and retrain or fine-tune as necessary.
Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
