AI/ML Developer

We are looking for an AI/LLM Developer to design, build, and deploy applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). You’ll be responsible for developing intelligent, scalable, and production-ready solutions across domains such as healthcare, education, and enterprise tools. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a passion for building safe and impactful AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for structured, context-aware responses.
• Implement multi-step reasoning and function-calling systems for dynamic user interactions.
• Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams, designers, and domain experts to co-develop solutions.
• Maintain robust, well-documented, and testable code ready for production environments.
• Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and safety checks for reliable AI output.
• Deploy and monitor AI services using MLOps and cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years in AI, ML, or software engineering.
• Proven hands-on experience building production-ready LLM applications or agentic systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, and function-calling implementations.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation methods, and guardrail techniques to reduce hallucinations.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for API development and deployment.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, modular design, version control).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders in healthcare or education domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in or adjacent to regulated environments (medical, aerospace, automotive, manufacturing).
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for AI/ML in medical devices (FDA, CE).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR) and clinical workflows.
• Background in educational technology or intelligent tutoring systems.
• Expertise in MLOps, cloud deployment, and monitoring for LLM services.
• Experience with embedded AI systems or real-time inference in hardware-constrained environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
