AI/ML Developer

As an AI/ML Developer at our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. Your role will involve working closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into deliverables. Utilizing statistical and machine learning techniques, you will analyze and interpret complex data sets. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies to ensure the success of various AI/ML initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to support and drive these initiatives forward. In this role, it would be advantageous to have knowledge and experience in building knowledge graphs in production and an understanding of multi-agent systems and their applications in complex problem-solving scenarios. Key technical skills required for this position include solid experience in Time Series Analysis, Anomaly Detection, and traditional machine learning techniques such as Regression, Classification, Predictive modeling, Clustering, and the Deep Learning stack using Python. Additionally, experience with cloud infrastructure for AI/ML on AWS (Sagemaker, Quicksight, Athena, Glue) is necessary. You should also possess expertise in building enterprise-grade, secure data ingestion pipelines for unstructured data, including indexing, search, and advanced retrieval patterns. Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, NodeJS, ReactJS (and equivalent) and frameworks such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SKLearn, OpenCV, SciPy, Glue crawler, and ETL is required. Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Quicksight, as well as deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch, is essential. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CodeCommit is expected. Moreover, strong knowledge and experience in Generative AI/LLM based development, working with key LLM models APIs and LLM Frameworks, text chunking techniques, text embeddings, RAG concepts, and training and fine-tuning Foundation Models are valuable assets for this role.
