Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms for classification, prediction, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune model performance to ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI technologies to bring innovative solutions to Quanteon’s clients.
  • Work on end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects – from problem definition to deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
  • Hands-on knowledge of NLP, deep learning, or computer vision techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Proficiency in data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Spark).
  • Familiarity with API development and model integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects.
