AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills, hands-on experience with ML models, and the ability to integrate AI into real-world applications.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train machine learning models
• Analyze large datasets and perform data preprocessing
• Implement ML algorithms for prediction, classification, and recommendation
• Develop AI-powered APIs using FastAPI / Flask
• Integrate LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Gemini) into applications
• Optimize model performance and accuracy
• Deploy models to cloud platforms
• Monitor, maintain, and retrain models
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams
• Document models, workflows, and APIs

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Hands-on knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
• Experience with NLP or Computer Vision
• REST API development (FastAPI / Flask)
• SQL / NoSQL databases
• Git & version control

✅ AI / ML Knowledge

• Supervised & Unsupervised learning
• Feature engineering
• Model evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1)
• Overfitting & underfitting concepts
• Basic statistics & linear algebra

✅ Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience with Generative AI & LLMs
• Knowledge of LangChain / RAG
• Experience with Docker & CI/CD
• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
