We are looking for a skilled and motivated *AI / Machine Learning Developer* with *1–3 years of experience* in building, training, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data, algorithms, and real-world AI solutions.
* Understand business requirements and convert them into *AI/ML solutions*
* Design, develop, and train *machine learning models*
* Perform *data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering*
* Implement and optimize *ML algorithms* for better accuracy and performance
* Evaluate models using appropriate metrics and improve results
* Integrate AI/ML models with *backend systems, APIs, or applications*
* Collaborate with developers, product, and data teams
* Document model logic, workflows, and experiments
* Monitor model performance and retrain when required
