AI/ML Developer

As an AI/ML Developer at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects involving cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. You will collaborate with a team of experts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop AI/ML applications based on project requirements and business goals. - Research and implement machine learning algorithms, extend existing libraries/frameworks as necessary. - Train ML models, fine-tune on custom data, and work on functional design, process, prototyping, and testing of AI/ML solutions. - Take ownership, drive results in an agile environment, and collaborate effectively with the team. **Skills:** - Experience with deep learning in NLP, Speech, or Computer Vision. - Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch or Tensorflow and developing/fine-tuning Large Language Models. - Strong coding skills in Python following best practices. - Proficient in REST API development, high-performance implementations, and cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented design principles, data structures, data modeling, DB schema design, coding standards, and git workflows. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. **Qualifications:** - Completed a graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. - Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
