AI/ML Developer

Job Description:
Bharat Agrolink is looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will work on building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and artificial intelligence models that support our agri-tech products and business operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business use cases
• Work with structured and unstructured data to build predictive and analytical models
• Develop and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to understand requirements
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Monitor and improve model accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain proper documentation and version control
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience with data handling tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
• Understanding of APIs, model deployment, and cloud environments is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup setup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in agri-tech, analytics, or data-driven platforms
• Knowledge of computer vision or NLP is an added advantage
• Prior experience working in startups

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
