AI/ML Developer

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.

Work with large datasets for data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

Build predictive models and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.

Monitor, test, and retrain models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques (deep learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

Hands-on experience in model development, evaluation, and deployment.

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Publications or contributions in AI/ML research.
