Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems across our IPTV & OTT platforms. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions for real-time analytics and advanced automation.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement AI/ML solutions for network monitoring, QoS/QoE analytics, and predictive maintenance
  • Build scalable ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  • Develop real-time data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, and cloud-native services
  • Work with LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision models for automation and insights
  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver optimized AI systems
  • Lead MLOps implementation (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow)
  • Ensure model performance, drift detection, and continuous optimization

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning & Deep Learning
  • Hands-on experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Python
  • Solid understanding of OTT/IPTV streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, RTP/RTSP)
  • Experience with Big Data tools: Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch
  • Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Knowledge of video quality metrics (VMAF, SSIM) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development & architecture
  • Proven experience building scalable ML pipelines
  • Experience with real-time monitoring systems preferred
