AI/ML Architect

• As an AI ML Architect you will lead advanced AI initiatives driving innovation in Agentic AI LLMs Vision Language Models VLMs and Computer Vision
• This role involves end to end ownership of AI ML solutions from research and model development to backend integration and optimization
• You will mentor teams define technical strategies and deliver scalable production ready AI systems using Python and modern frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• AI ML Leadership
• Define and execute technical strategy for AI ML projects including Agentic AI and autonomous workflows
• Lead research and development of LLMs GPT LLaMA Vision Language Models VLMs and Computer Vision models
• Model Development Optimization
• Architect and implement CNNs Transformers multimodal architectures for vision and NLP tasks
• Apply model optimization techniques quantization pruning for performance and efficiency
• Agentic AI Automation
• Design intelligent agents capable of reasoning planning and autonomous decision making
• Integrate vector databases FAISS Pinecone for semantic search and retrieval
• Backend Integration
• Develop scalable APIs using Python Flask FastAPI for model serving and orchestration
• Data Management
• Oversee data preprocessing annotation workflows and ensure high quality datasets for training
• Team Mentorship
• Guide engineers review code and enforce best practices in ML development and deployment
• Deployment Scalability
• Implement containerization using Docker manage version control with Git and ensure CI CD readiness

Technical Requirements:

• AI ML Fundamentals 10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence machine learning and deep learning
• Agentic AI Expertise in designing autonomous AI agents and workflows
• Python Programming Advanced proficiency in Python and ML libraries TensorFlow PyTorch
• Computer Vision Strong experience in vision based models CNNs and image processing
• LLMs VLMs Hands on experience with GPT LLaMA and multimodal architectures
